Both of these SSD models feature Phison’s E26 PCIe 5.0 SSD controller, making both the M570 and M570 Pro very similar at a hardware level. What differentiated the M570 PRO from its non-Pro counterpart is the Pro’s inclusion of a higher-end heatsink that features a vapor chamber, and its use of Micron’s latest 232-layer 3D NAND. In contrast, MSI’s Spatium M570 uses a more traditional M.2 SSD heatsink design a different type of 3D NAND. Both of these new SSD models from MSI will be available in 1TB, 2TB, and 4TB drive capacities and are expected to launch in Q2 2023.
